We specialize in gourmet and specialty hand-packed “canned goods” encompassing categories from traditional preserves and fruit butters, to pickles and pickled vegetables, relishes, salsa, sauces & dips, syrups, dressings, and hand-stuffed olives.
Spanning three generations, Pickle Creek Canning Co. originated some four decades ago on a black cast iron 4-burner stove in a farmhouse kitchen, where a mother-daughter team began cooking homestyle pickled products and fruit preserves using excess produce from their family fruit orchard and surrounding farms.
Today, while our little farmhouse kitchen has evolved into a modern manufacturing facility, all products are still produced, by hand, using fresh ingredients, original family recipes, and old-fashioned canning methods.
