We specialize in gourmet and specialty hand-packed “canned goods” with the Art of Canning and nostalgic goodness of farm and garden freshness preserved in every jar.
Spanning three generations, over four decades, Pickle Creek Canning Co. continues producing only the finest quality hand-packed pickled products, salsas, sauces & dips, relishes, preserves jellies, fruit butters and other tastefully good, eye-appealing products in a jar.
It all began more than a quarter century ago, on a black cast iron 4-burner stove in a farmhouse kitchen, where a mother-daughter team began cooking up homestyle pickled products, fruit preserves, syrups, and salsas using excess produce from their garden and surrounding farms. into pickles and pickled products and other offerings.
Today, while our little farmhouse kitchen has evolved into a modern manufacturing facility, all products are still produced—mostly by hand—using fresh products, the original family recipes, and old-fashioned canning methods.
